Our Smoked Bratwurst mixed with premium cheddar cheese, called “Kase Krainer” in the mother country. A juicy, creamy texture perfect for the dinner table, BBQs or cut up for kids lunches.
Polish
Lean cuts of pork with some beef (90/10), mixed with cracked black pepper. Coarse ground smoked and fully cooked with notes of all-spice and a hint of garlic. Juicy and meaty in texture.

A cool collab of our Flagship Bratwurst featuring Reuben’s Brews! Coarsely ground pork shoulder crafted with Reuben’s Brews Pilsner – a classic European beer that shines through brightly. Our beer brat delivers our signature sausage spice blend with a juicy, meaty, texture.

Often referred to as “farmer-style sausage.” Wonderful with fried potatoes, perfect in cold pasta salads and hot skillets, on a bun, or paired with sauerkraut and mustard.
