Smoked Bratwurst

Coarse ground, fully cooked smoked sausage. Lean cuts of pork with some beef and a hint of garlic. Reddish in color and meaty in texture. Often referred to as “farmer-style sausage.” Wonderful with fried potatoes, perfect in pastas, cold in pasta salads, on a bun, or pair with sauerkraut and mustard. A very versatile sausage.
