Bockwurst

Known in Germany as “Weisswurst” (white sausage), our Bockwurst is a finely ground sausage made with lean cuts of veal and pork, whole eggs, fresh parsley, fresh green onions, and fresh celery. Delicate but full of flavor. Traditionally eaten for breakfast in Germany and used for currywurst. Since it is not smoked, it is suggested to peel the casing off after heating.
