Baking Ham (Bone In)

The bone-in part is the ham hock feel free to use it to flavor your split pea soup! Heat for 12 minutes per pound at 300 degrees for smoky, juicy perfection.

*The smaller version of our bone-in Baking Ham is available upon request depending on the quantity ordered. This one is about the size of a football and can be sliced for sandwiches or baked in the oven for a family-size dinner.
